010 -Reporting Overview

This is an overview of the key reports that are available in CIM.

In the reports section you will find the reports broken up into the following tabs:  

1. Favorites and Search 
2. Administrator  
3. Integrity Engineer 
4. Other  
5. Preview  
6. Regulatory 
7. Supervisor 

You can access Reporting from the main menu by simply hovering over reports. You will see a dropdown with:  

• Reports  
• Growth Analysis  
• Threat Detection 

Let’s click on reports, here you will see the main categories that were covered in the introduction along the top as tabs. On your reporting dashboard you will see “star and search icon” this is where favorited reports are shown.  For any report that you use on a consistent basis, all you have to do is click the Star icon to mark it as a favorite so you do not have to look for it every time.  It just shows up in your favorite tab.  Also, the search bar at the top allows you to search for an existing report. 

The following tabs are broken out by persona, or the type of user that would select the report.  

The administrator tab contains reports at the admin level such as the checked-out assessments report 

Moving on to the Integrity Engineer tab, you will find key information that an integrity engineer requires to complete analysis such as feature counts, unity plots, anomaly classification to name a few 

Next you will find other reports which may be helpful to other groups of users like a corrosion specialist.  These reports include Coating Types, and Casings, Foreign Line Crossings, as well as others. 

The Preview tab contains new up and coming reports that are in the works and not yet finalized for you to preview.  For these reports, we highly encourage user feedback that may help us in improving the reports so that they are most useful to the users.  Feel free to look through these at any time and let us know what you think! 

Under the regulatory tab, you will find PHMSA regulatory reporting including the PHMSA F&G report and PHMSA yearly report which will assist you in audits 

Finally, the supervisor tab covers reporting that provides high-level overviews that a supervisor or management may want to review.  Reports such as first run success rate, integrity compliance dashboards, the scoop report, and the workload management summary are included.   

We have now covered an overview of the Reporting module in Cognitive Integrity Management. The next videos will review each report in detail.
