Reporting – Top Growth Anomalies Report 

This is an overview of the Metal Loss Top Growth Anomalies report as part of our Cognitive Integrity Management user guide video series.  

Before we get into this report please note that it can be accessed through the Integrity Compliance module under the post-analysis tab or in the reports module under the preview tab.   

The purpose of the Metal Loss Top Growth report is to show the fastest growing anomalies by forecasted remaining wall thickness.  

To get started you must select a system name, analysis, number of anomalies which is defaulted to the 25 anomalies, metal loss threshold of 70%, and system of measure. 

Finally, click show report.  

Along the x-axis, you will see the top anomalies you have identified by their location along the pipeline system. On the y-axis, you will find the metal loss depth percentage. The bars depicted on the chart are sectioned out. The bottom of each bar with a hashtag pattern shows current metal loss depth, each additional color represents a forecasted metal loss depth projected out to 4 years. Finally, the very top of the bar represents the remaining wall thickness after 4 years.   

This report can easily be exported to excel, saved as a PDF or word document to distributed across departments.
