Reporting Overview – Feature Dig Sheets
Welcome back, in this video we will provide an overview of the Feature Dig Sheets report as part of our Cognitive Integrity Management user guide video series.
Before we get into the report please note that this report can be accessed in the reports module under the preview tab. Please note, for this report to be effective a vendor report must be loaded, and an assessment must be created.
The purpose of this report is to provide a listing of all anomalies planned for a specific dig along with all the details for those anomalies.
To get started, you must select a system, an analysis (you can select multiple), and a single dig number or all, finally a system of measure. Then click show report. Please note that each dig represents a page in the report.
You will now see all of the information that the excavation team requires in order to carry out the dig such as assessment name, location, vendor name, and the measurements corresponding to the dig location. The dig sheet report is designed to export all the information you would see in a standard dig sheet currently being used by the field team.
This report can easily be exported to excel, saved as a PDF or word document to distributed across departments. Of course, you would typically export it as a PDF to easily circulate it to the field team and operations.
We have now covered a quick overview of the Dig Sheet report in Cognitive Integrity Management.
