What can I do if I receive an error message when trying to ingest an ILI file?

Here is a list of common error messages that will stop ingestion in CIM, and the user action required to continue.

File (or the first worksheet) is empty.	Pipe tally needs to be on the first tab of the excel workbook, adjust & reload the file.
System identified multiple odometer columns.	Delete one odometer column & reload the file.
System identified column missing for either orientation or depth.	Add the missing orientation or depth value & reload the file.
System identified an unexpected error on ingesting values.	Contact [e-mail]
System identified an odometer gap larger than 25000 feet.	Adjust the ILI file to remove the gap & reload the file.
System identified a depth value greater than one, value must be less than one.	Adjust the depth value & reload the file.
System identified one or more null, blank, or non number values for odometer.	Adjust the odometer values & reload the file.
System identified that an odometer value is not a numerical number.	Change to a numerical value & reload the file.
System identified an error when converting orientation values.	Contact [e-mail]
System identified that an orientation value is out of range (0-360)	Adjust the orientation value & reload the file.
System identified an unexpected error on ingesting orientation values.	Contact [e-mail]
System identified an unexpected elevation value.	Adjust the elevation value & reload the file.
System identified percent depth units in header, but data is out of range (0-100).	Remove the percent depth units from the header & reload the file.
System identified an unexpected error on ingesting depth value.	Contact [e-mail]
System did not find unit for the depth column, and cannot convert to depth fraction.	Add units for depth column & reload the file.
System identified the file contains no welds, must contain welds to ingest.	Include the welds in the pipe tally & reload the file.
System identified a depth value less than zero, value must be greater than zero.	Adjust the depth value & reload the file.
System identified a null, blank, or non number value for orientation.	Adjust the orientation value & reload the file.
System identified an invalid orientation value.	Adjust the orientation value & reload the file.
System identified a metal loss row with a depth value out of range (0-1).	Adjust the row value & reload the file.
System identified a metal loss row with an orientation value out of range (0-360)	Adjust the orientation value & reload the file.
System identified a weld with repeated odometer values.	Remove the repeated odometers & reload the file.
